I ran a 5k this morning(3/17) to help with the Down’s Syndrome Foundation. I finished in 40 minutes.

I did my final assessment on Friday afternoon with Kyle. I have lost a total of 7.4 pounds and 1.9% body fat, since the beginning of the teacher transformation.

I ran the Gate River Run on Saturday. I finished it in 2 hours and 14 minutes. It was very windy!!
